Your patronage is so greatly appreciated and as your hairstylist I will always strive to provide the highest level of service and care to you. As I am an independent Hair Stylist and not a salaried employee of Blend Salon & Extension Lounge, my schedule and appointments are the means of financial support for my family. My schedule is usually planned out for weeks in advance and that makes it hard to fill last minute cancellations. -When you book you will be asked to place a card on file to secure your appt. (You will not be charged) -If a change is necessary I require a minimum of 24 hours notification. -If the change happens under 24hrs a cancellation fee of half the service will be charged. -If the client is a no show on the service then 100% of the service will be charged. As my client I want you to always feel your time and care is valued and my hope is we feel equal in that relationship.
